The BCA is a registered, Nonprofit Organisation or NPO (2009/016969/08) and is the Community Association, mandated at each AGM by residents and businesses, to represent them in matters concerning Blairgowrie, Pine Park and Hillcrest and Wendy Avenues (Blairgowrie side of the spruit).
The BCA is a Region B registered Stakeholder which means we are officially listed with the City of Johannesburg as the Body representing this area.
Communicate with residents to enhance a sense of ‘community’
Educate residents to empower them to report faults and take charge of their suburb
Escalate and monitor issues on behalf of the community through a strong, united voice
