Our Stroke Correction & Squad Training sessions : Designed to help swimmers refine Technique, improve endurance and better their times, whether you are in the school swim team or just learning strokes.

Baby swimming from 5 months : Give your little one the best start in the water, fun and gentle approach to teaching this age group. We concentrate on water safety & confidence, sensory play with co-ordination, bonding times with parents in a warm and safe environment.

Adult coaching: From Beginners to Triathletes : Always wanted to learn to swim, but feel you are too old?  It is never too late to start. We offer beginner adult classes in groups with lots of fun, in a safe, supportive and judgement free environment. Swimming is a great low-impact exercise that boosts fitness and flexibility.

Fully accredited with all SA Swim and Swimming Assocations. All our teachers are full qualified with years of experience. Lowest Fees.
